Terms and Conditions for Employers are lower down
By accessing Ethical Jobs you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use set out below. Ethical Jobs is a trading name of IPSP Ltd. We reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and post a new version on our website. The new version will take effect from the time of posting on the site.
All jobs on the individual pages are supplied unedited by the employers concerned. No liability whatsoever will be accepted by IPSP Ltd nor their employees for the accuracy of any claims therein.
Definition of an Ethical Job
The definition of an Ethical Job is, of course, open to varied interpretations. For example, a multinational oil corporation may not necessarily be considered ethical, but when it invests many millions of pounds in developing renewable energy sources, such as wind, solar and wave, and then looks for people to work with them on these projects, we would consider that ethical employment. If they are looking for garage managers we would not consider that ethical employment. Insofar as posting jobs on this site goes, our interpretation and decision is final. However, you may disagree with our choices and we would advise you to follow your instinct at all times and do your own research.
While IPSP Ltd makes every effort to continue an uninterrupted service, in certain exceptional circumstances, for example server maintenance or fires in telephone exchanges, this service may cease and Ethical Jobs Limited accepts no liability for its unavailability. IPSP Limited reserve the right to withdraw access to its service without prior notice.

Posting new jobs
All new jobs must be sent to us using the forms on this site. No more than one distinct position may be advertised per posting but if that role requires several people to fill it, eg. street fundraisers, wardens etc, you will not need to post multiple ads.
In order to maintain the integrity of the site all job ads will be reviewed and anything deemed unsuitable will be removed.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card using Paypal (send to firstname.lastname@example.org) or by invoice. All jobs that are to be paid for by invoice must be accompanied by a purchase order number. An invoice will be sent out within 3 working days of posting the first vacancy of the package. Payment will be made by cheque or bank transfer and must be received within 28 days of the invoice date.
Free postings are only available when the volunteer is not required to pay for the position. IPSP Limited reserve the right to limit the number of positions any one organisation may advertise simultaneously.
IPSP Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any point and it is the responsibility of the employer to make sure they read them before posting any job.
